I have been where you are, I felt so lost, I didn't know who I was, I had given up my job, moved house to an area I didn't know, and further away from my family and friends. I needed to find who I was after having kids, and through self-care, time and journaling I started to discover who I was, and that I had been hiding behind others all my life.
I was too scared to be myself just in case someone didn't like who I was.
So I decided to change and discover who I was again.
It's still a journey I'm going through, and I'm now able to see that I can and will help you.
